The Peach Sparkler

Ingredients
4 oz Mionetto Brut Prosecco
1 oz Strong Peach Tea (4 tea bags per 8oz of water)
1 oz Vodka or Peach Flavored Vodka
.5 oz Honey Syrup ( 1 to 1 or equal parts honey to water)
5-6 Mint Leaves muddled

Glassware: Highball glass or large wine glass
Garnish: Large Bunch of Mint Sprigs
Ice: Regular cubed ice

Making the peach tea:
Buy a nice quality peach flavored tea. Brew water and add 4 tea bags to 8 oz of water. Let steep for 10-15mins. Really want a nice peachy flavor. Strain tea bags of excess water

Honey Syrup:
Equal parts honey to equal parts water. So 1 oz of water to 1 oz of honey


Preparation
1. In a cocktail shaker add 5-6 mint leaves and 1oz of the strong brewed beach tea.
2. With a muddler or barspoon press the mint leaves gently 4-5 times to extract the minty oils.
3. Add the honey syrup and the vodka.
4. Add ice and shake vigorously.
5. Add 4 oz Mionetto Brut Prosecco.
6. Strain contents over some fresh ice into a highball glass or mason jar.
7. Garnish with a nice large selection of mint sprigs and a straw.
