Negroni Royale

Ingredients

- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 oz Campari
- .5 oz gin
- 2-3 oz Mionetto Prestige Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut
- orange peel for Garnish

Glassware: rocks
Ice: cubed

Preparation

1. In a mixing glass, add sweet vermouth, Campari and gin.
2. Add ice and stir.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Top with Mionetto Prosecco.
5. Garnish with an orange peel.
