Bitter Spritz

Ingredients
- .5 oz Campari
- 1 oz grapefruit liqueur
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 2 oz Mionetto Prestige Organic Prosecco DOC Extra Dry
- grapefruit peel for Garnish
Glassware: wine glass
Ice: cubed
Preparation
1. In a mixing glass, add Campari, grapefruit liqueur, fresh grapefruit juice and Mionetto Prosecco.
2. Add ice.
3. Roll the contents between the mixing glass and Boston Shaker 3-4 times to chill the contents.
4. Strain into a wine glass over fresh ice.
5. Squeeze grapefruit peel over the top.
