Tea Thyme

Ingredients

- 2 sprigs of thyme
- .5 oz honey syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz Earl Grey infused vodka
- 2 oz Mionetto Prestige Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry
- thyme sprig or lemon wedge for Garnish

Glassware: highball
Ice: cubed

Preparation

1. In a mixing glass, add thyme, honey syrup, lemon juice and tea infused vodka.
2. Add ice and shake.
3. Strain into a highball over ice.
4. Top with Mionetto Prosecco.
5. Garnish with a sprig of thyme or lemon wedge.
