Francis's Hope

Ingredients 

- 1 1/2 oz Saint Augustine vodka 
- 3/4 oz lavender honey syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes lavender bitters
- Mionetto Prosecco Brut

Glassware: Collins glass 

Preparation 

1. Shake and strain the vodka, lavender honey syrup, lemon juice, and lavender bitters over pebble ice in a Collins glass.
2. Top with Mionetto Prosecco Brut and swizzle to incorporate all ingredientsStrain into a coupe and top with Mionetto Prosecco.
