Ingredients
- 10-15 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tsp. of sugar
- 1 oz brandy or bourbon
- 2 oz Mionetto Prestige Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut
- fresh mint sprigs for Garnish
Glassware: julep cup
Ice: crushed/cobbled
Preparation
1. In a julep cup, add fresh mint leaves and sugar.
2. Muddle.
3. Add crushed or cobbled ice.
4. Add brandy or bourbon.
5. Add Mionetto Prosecco.
6. Top with more ice.
7. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
