Apricot Spritz

Ingredients
- 1 oz apricot liqueur
- 2 oz fresh orange juice
- 2 oz Mionetto Prestige Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry
- orange peel for Garnish
Glassware: wine glass
Ice: cubed
Preparation
1. In a mixing glass, add apricot liqueur, fresh orange juice and Mionetto Prosecco.
2. Add ice.
3. Roll the contents between the mixing glass and Boston Shaker 3-4 times to chill the contents.
4. Strain into a wine glass over fresh ice.
5. Squeeze orange peel over the top.
